Representatives for Madonna are denying weekend reports claiming that the singer has settled custody and financial matters with her soon-to-be ex-husband film director Guy Richie.

The pair announced their intention to divorce last week.

Madonna's publicist Liz Rosenberg has rejected reports in the Sun and Daily Mail that the couple have agreed the division of their nearly $600 million combined assets.

Rosenberg told Associated Press "I will not be commenting on the various reports regarding the divorce or of the settlement which has not been finalized.
